Thank you for shopping with JIEC Labs. We stand behind the quality of our products and we want your experience with us to feel simple, transparent, and worry-free. Your satisfaction matters, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Cancellations & Refunds - Easy & Hassle-Free

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before they ship. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear.

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery - no questions asked! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your purchase price (less shipping) to the original payment method.

To start a refund request, email contact@jieclabs.com with your order number. No photos needed.

One per household. This no-questions-asked refund is limited to one refund per household (same name, email or shipping address). We review requests to prevent abuse and may decline requests that show signs of fraud.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured carrier service. JIEC Labs cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
