Returns — Easy & Hassle-Free
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

- Unopened and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-returnable items include:

- Opened or used personal care items
- Final-sale products
- Gift cards and gift card purchases
- Promotional or complimentary items
If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, simply reach out — we’re happy to guide you.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, just return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. We’ll help make the process smooth.
Refunds — Honest & Transparent
When your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it and email you with an update.
If your refund is approved:

- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Quality is core to our mission. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error with your order.
We strongly recommend using a trackable service. JIEC Labs cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t entered processing.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
